Return & Refund Policy
At GOOD GIRL GEL S.R.L., we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you may return your item within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with our return conditions.
Eligibility for Return
- Items must be returned in their original, unused condition, with all tags attached and in the original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted. Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide a return label and instructions.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us immediately with a description and photo proof so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Non-returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following:
- All cosmetic and beauty products
- All tools and instruments for nail and skin care
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Items on sale or purchased using gift cards
- Hazardous goods, flammable liquids, or gases
If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, contact us before returning.
Exchange Process
To exchange an item, please return your original order following our return process. Once approved and refunded, you can place a new order for the replacement product.
EU 14-Day Cooling-off Period
If your order is delivered within the European Union, you are entitled to cancel or return it within 14 days of delivery without needing to provide a reason. This applies only if the item is in unused, original condition with tags and packaging.
Refund Processing
After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you regarding approval. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Note: It may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to post the refund.
If it’s been over 15 business days since your return was approved and you haven’t received the refund, please reach out to us at info@profmanicure.com.
Important Information on Undelivered Parcels
When placing your order, you are required to provide a valid email and phone number. All shipping notifications are sent based on the information you provide.
If a package is not received due to incorrect contact details or failure to collect, we reserve the right to deduct up to 75% of the standard shipping cost from the refund amount due to return fees incurred by us.
Failure to receive a package is the customer's responsibility unless caused by an error on our side.
