Description
MULTIBOR 407102 Carbide Nail Drill Bit is a cone-shaped carbide bit with a green coarse cross-cut. It is designed for efficient removal of gel, acrylic, polygel and other artificial nail materials, reducing coating thickness and correcting the shape and length of extended nails. The 6 mm working diameter and 15 mm working surface provide a broad cutting area for material removal.
Key Features
-
Cone shape for efficient material removal
- 6 mm working diameter
- 15 mm working surface length
-
Green marking — coarse cut
-
Cross-shaped teeth for active cutting
- Made from tungsten carbide
- Suitable for gel, acrylic, polygel and other artificial materials
- Suitable for e-file manicure and pedicure
- Designed for nail correction and material reduction
- Compatible with standard 2.35 mm e-file handpieces
Applications
MULTIBOR 407102 is suitable for:
- Removing gel polish from artificial nails
- Removing gel and acrylic
- Removing polygel and other dense artificial materials
- Reducing the thickness of artificial nail coatings
- Shortening and correcting extended nails
- Correcting nail shape and structure
- Removing excess material during nail correction
- Selected pedicure procedures involving thickened or hardened areas
The coarse cross-cut is intended for efficient reduction of dense artificial materials.
Green Coarse Cross-Cut
The green marking indicates a coarse cut. The cross-shaped cutting edges actively remove material, making this bit suitable when a substantial amount of gel, acrylic or other artificial coating needs to be reduced efficiently.
How to Use
Insert the bit into a compatible e-file handpiece and select the rotation speed according to the material and procedure. Work with controlled, continuous movements and moderate pressure. Avoid prolonged contact with one area.
The coarse green cut is intended primarily for dense artificial materials and material reduction, rather than aggressive filing directly on the natural nail plate.
Disinfection & Sterilization
Disinfection:
- After use, place the carbide bit into a suitable disinfectant solution. The concentration and exposure time should follow the instructions of the selected disinfectant.
- Clean the working surface from product residue and filings using a nylon or brass bur-cleaning brush.
- For more effective cleaning, the use of an ultrasonic cleaner is recommended.
- Rinse the bit under running water, followed by distilled water.
- Remove excess water with a clean, dry towel.
Sterilization:
Autoclave: Place the cleaned and dried bit into a sterilization pouch and seal it before placing it in the autoclave.
Sterilization cycle: 132°C, 2 bar, 20 minutes.
Dry heat sterilization: Place the cleaned and dried bit into a dry-heat sterilizer.
Sterilization cycle: 180°C, 60 minutes.
