Description
MULTIBOR 602001 is a carbide Corn nail drill bit with a blue medium cut, designed for controlled removal and correction of artificial nail materials. Its rounded corn-shaped working surface is suitable for reducing gel, acrylic and other artificial coatings, correcting nail length and shape, and refining artificial nail extensions.
The medium blue cut provides a balance between efficient material removal and controlled work, making the bit suitable for manicure and selected pedicure procedures. The broad working surface allows convenient processing of larger areas, while the rounded Corn shape helps work around the nail structure. MULTIBOR lists model 602001 for artificial coating removal, artificial nail shaping and thickness correction, as well as selected pedicure applications such as thickened nails and rough skin.

Applications
MULTIBOR 602001 can be used for:
- Removing gel polish from artificial nails
- Removing gel, acrylic and other artificial materials
- Reducing the thickness of artificial coatings
- Correcting nail length and shape
- Shaping and correcting artificial nail extensions
- Removing excess material during nail correction
- Working with thickened nails
- Selected pedicure procedures
- Processing areas of rough or hardened skin
Its medium cut is suitable when controlled material removal is required without using a more aggressive coarse bit.
How to Use
Choose the rotation speed according to the material and procedure. Work with light, controlled movements and avoid excessive pressure. When working near the natural nail plate, use appropriate technique and avoid prolonged contact in one area.
For extensive material removal, the bit can be followed by a finer carbide or other suitable bit for final refinement.
Disinfection
- Immediately after use, place the carbide bit into a suitable disinfectant solution. Follow the concentration and exposure time specified by the disinfectant manufacturer.
- Clean the working surface from material residue and filings using a nylon or brass bur-cleaning brush.
- For more effective cleaning, an ultrasonic cleaner is recommended.
- Rinse under running water, followed by distilled water.
- Remove excess water with a clean, dry towel.
Sterilization
Autoclave:
Place the cleaned and completely dried bit into a sterilization pouch, seal it and process in an autoclave.
Recommended cycle: 132°C, 2 bar, 20 minutes.
Dry heat:
Place the cleaned and dried bit into a dry-heat sterilizer.
Recommended cycle: 180°C, 60 minutes.
