How to Use Luna Bubble Gel No. 10:

Apply the glitter gel with a brush to a properly prepared nail plate in 1–2 thin coats, covering the entire nail or selected areas depending on the desired design.

If there is too much clear gel around the glitter particles, place them briefly on a lint-free wipe to absorb excess liquid. This will help the material adhere more densely and evenly to the nail surface.
