How to Use Saga Silk Cat Eye №3:
- Prepare the nail plate.

Apply a thin rubbing layer of rubber base coat and cure for 60 seconds.
- If desired, apply a black or colored base and cure.

Hold a magnet 3–5 mm above the surface to create the desired Cat Eye pattern.
